Earrings aren’t refundable or exchangeable.
Necklaces or bracelets exchange has to be done in or before 10 days the items were received. Items must have the label attached to it.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Jewellery should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration extreme temperatures & sunlight. We recommend you don't wet the jewels or shower with them & avoid directly spraying perfume or alcohol.
